이용약관 (Terms of Service)

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 부업 주부 포이엠이 운영하는 본 구글 블로그(이하 '블로그')에서 제공하는 정보 및 서비스(이하 '서비스')를 이용함에 있어, 이용자와 운영자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (이용약관의 효력 및 변경)

1. 본 약관은 블로그 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 운영자는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 블로그에 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, 계속 이용 시 약관 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

제3조 (서비스의 내용 및 변경)

1. 본 블로그는 운영자가 작성하는 정보성 콘텐츠, 후기, 지식 공유 등의 서비스를 제공합니다.
2. 운영자는 기술적 사양의 변경이나 운영상 필요에 따라 제공하는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 이로 인해 이용자에게 발생하는 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제4조 (저작권의 귀속 및 이용제한)

1. 운영자가 작성한 저작물(글, 이미지, 디자인 등)에 대한 저작권 및 기타 지식재산권은 운영자에게 귀속됩니다.
2. 이용자는 본 블로그의 콘텐츠를 운영자의 사전 승인 없이 복제, 배포, 전송, 발행, 수정하거나 상업적 목적으로 이용할 수 없습니다. 비상업적 목적으로 공유할 경우 반드시 출처(링크)를 명확히 밝혀야 합니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무 및 제한)
이용자는 서비스 이용 시 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

1. 타인의 명의나 이메일을 도용하여 댓글을 작성하는 행위
2. 블로그의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나 시스템에 위해를 가하는 행위
3. 댓글 등을 통해 타인을 비방, 모욕하거나 명예를 훼손하는 행위
4. 불법 광고, 음란물, 사행성 글 등 미풍양속에 반하는 내용을 게시하는 행위

제6조 (면책조항)

1. 본 블로그에서 제공하는 모든 정보는 단순 참고용이며, 운영자는 정보의 정확성, 완전성, 신뢰성에 대해 보장하지 않습니다. 정보 이용으로 인해 발생한 결과(투자 손실, 기술적 오류, 오작동 등)에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
2. 운영자는 천재지변, 구글 플랫폼(Blogger)의 서버 장애, 디도스 공격 등 불가항력적인 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
3. 운영자는 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간에 서비스를 매개로 하여 발생한 분쟁에 대해 개입할 의무가 없으며 책임을 지지 않습니다.

본 약관은 2026년 [7월] [12일]부터 시행됩니다.
